The work will include a new public art installation to replace the 2018 model, which is in disrepair, along with improvements to infrastructure and amenities including new benches, new and resurfaced paths, trees and landscaping.

The city of Akron on Tuesday celebrated the opening of the renovated Ed Davis Community Center following $12 million in upgrades.
