🚧 Community Update from American Water 🚧

We’re out in the field and running full speed today. While some roadways have only recently reopened, the majority are now accessible and our crews are actively responding to service calls throughout the area.

As temperatures fluctuate, we’re beginning to receive more calls related to cracked pipes and damaged components. Our teams are being dispatched as quickly as possible to restore water service and minimize disruption for our customers.

A special thank you and shoutout to Sarah and Sam—the calm, capable voices behind the scenes. They’re taking every call that comes in and helping efficiently dispatch our crews so we can get water restored as fast as possible across the community.
