Customer initially had 5 steps, and had to step up and over the door weatherstripping/threshold and down to the first step. Customer had to lean out and down from the doorway in order to grab onto the hand rail. Now, the customer has an extra step, a "landing" outside the doorway before starting down, and a grippable handrail to keep from falling.

Before was a garage and after is a French door. Inside is insulated and drywalled.

Simple design, quick install, not break-the-bank price: tight laundry room needed more storage and hanging space, so I added 3 adjustable shelf segments to maximize the storage available.

Customer wanted an access panel where a 20x20" tile skirted his garden tub. I removed the tile in one piece, then crafted magnets and supports on the back of the tile, and siliconed it in place. End result requires cutting out the silicone with a utility knife to access the panel, but plenty of room under the faucet area for any maintenance.

I finished an outdoor kitchen for a customer... Stone veneer, stained concrete counters. Shelf for Blackstone grill, recess for pizza oven, and alcove under stairs for mini fridge.
