This project was a long time in the making! has been a confidante of mine for many years. She started out doing my nails in the salon lofts, then opened her own shop and has grown it into a very successful operation. Somewhere in that time, monthly nail appts became business therapy sessions as we both know the unique challenges that come along with entrepreneurship. We’ve talked about doing new hardwood floors in her 1898 Victorian for many years and the time finally came. Charles and Nate demo’d the existing flooring, fixed a lot of the subfloor, installed new red oak floors throughout, stained and finished with matte oil. If you need fresh nails is your spot.
