This chimney was severely unstable and dangerous after likely being struck by a falling tree, which left a massive crack running through the structure. To eliminate the safety hazard, our team carefully tore the brickwork down close to the roofline.

While the homeowner waits for their insurance company to settle the claim, we didn't want the home exposed to Ohio's unpredictable weather. We poured a brand-new concrete crown on top to completely seal out the elements. Now, the home is safe, dry, and protected while the client decides on their next steps for a permanent rebuild!
