We helped this homeowner out with a new roof. This one the insurance didn’t approve unfortunately, so we gave the homeowner a bid and was 1000s of dollars cheaper than the competition.

A tree fell on this homeowners garage, and messed up his roof, wood soffit, and wood fascia. We got it all patched up, and redid the soffit and fascia with new IKO granite black shingles.

We did the roof, soffit, fascia, garage door wraps, window wraps, and installed new gutters and downspouts all the way around. Made the home look more modern. We gave this cute little house a full face lift. We redid the siding with vertical insulated vinyl board and Batten with vinyl shake in the peaks and around the porch, fixed all the rotted soffit and fascia, and replaced that, and then finished it off with 6” gutters and gutter guards.

We haven’t posted in a while, so we will try to take more pictures of all of our future jobs. This one had bad hail damage all over the siding. We did the stone wainscoting, and stone around the door and front window, and followed with the rest of the house in a juniper ridge color 4.5” dutchlap.
