Did this mantle it’s a retro fit kind of the existing mantle was ok I added prices you can see in wood /white then painted to match

8‘X24’ deck remodel 4x4 posts and lower beam were rotted and upper deck dropped 3””on one side. We installed installed sold block up to ground off of old footers to keep new 6x6 and new lower beam out of the ground. Then raised up deck back to level. Timber tech hidden fastener decking and timber tech wrap.

We took down the beam and post that was in the center of the room and put in a double 14” LVL that went 21’ there is only ceiling load on it so it is over kill.. LVL sits on half wall column. And in the basement we went steel beam to steel beam (12’) withe triple 2x10 beam. They liked the half wall look and so do I but we could have put another lvl in and lost both half walls in case any one is wondering.The home owners wanted to paint it there selves to save some money and I am always happy to work with people who want to do some work them selves😎 we are replacing the kitchen cabinets so stay tuned 🙏😎

I pull the shims out before I mortar the windoe in I didn’t burry them Nate my newest employee did this.great job Nate!!!!
