Last week somebody told me all pavers are the same.
They’re not — and it’s an expensive thing to get wrong. Cheap pavers fade, spall, and crack at the edges in three years. We use Cambridge, exclusively: holds its color, holds up to Jersey winters, backed by a real warranty. The paver matters. The hands that lay it matter more. Get both wrong and you pay twice.

This brand-new home had a beautiful pool and nothing around it. Just grass. The owners couldn't even use their own backyard — no room for a table, chairs, a barbecue, nothing.

They'd been burned by contractors before, so there was real hesitation at the start. But as the work came together, that changed — and they trusted us enough to expand the project as we went.

We wrapped the entire pool in Cambridge Ledgestone XL Smooth pavers in Platinum, framed it with a clean dark border, built retaining walls on both sides, and set the pitch so water runs off clean — never pooling against the house. We also fixed the marble around the pool that the previous crew never even glued down.

Now it's a backyard they can finally live in.
