We have been flat out grinding this week working long hours through Lake Doster trying to get one of the hardest hit neighborhoods back to prestine conditions.

We may be a small crew however we have big business standards we won't compromise our repution for perfection in service quality and going from the worst damaged homes to the standard storm damaged trees that aren't critical for home protection.

We dont back down on our own Treeage (Triage) going from critical removals getting them sealed and waterproofed as critical 1 down to a tier 5 clean up and Removal. We have been grinding through 10-12- and 16 hour days to make sure that everyone's home is sealed up and high risk hazards have been removed over the past 3 or 4 days.

We are now moving into second tier removals from non critical structures starting tomorrow and will be working towards the tier 3 and 4 removals and capping off the week with tier 5 clean and clear stages for everyone we are servicing.

Thank you to the amazing customers we have been working for this week for the praise snacks drinks and meals we are getting absolutely spoiled and its uplifting to the crew to see the appreciation!!!

Join a Professional Tree Crew

Trombly’s Tree Trimming & Removal Services, LLC is looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundsman to join our professional tree service team. We take pride in doing quality work, operating safely, and working together as a dependable crew.

Full-time work available. Competitive pay based on experience. Immediate start for the right person.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather, staying active, and learning the tree service trade.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assist tree climbers and crew members during tree removals and trimming
• Drag and move brush, limbs, and debris away from work areas
• Feed branches and brush safely into wood chippers
• Cut and section limbs or logs on the ground using chainsaws when needed
• Assist with lowering ropes, rigging lines, and providing ground support for climbers
• Load logs, wood, and debris into trucks and trailers
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the day
• Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and general maintenance
• Help maintain safe work zones when working near roads or residential areas

Safety Requirements
Safety is extremely important in tree work. All crew members must:
• Follow all company safety procedures at all times
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings on active job sites
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and climbers during tree work

What We’re Looking For
• Someone who shows up on time and ready to work every day
• Strong work ethic and dependable attitude
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Comfortable lifting, dragging brush, and working on uneven terrain
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed, especially during storm or weather emergencies
• Team-oriented and able to follow directions

Preferred (But Not Required)
• Tree service, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience
• Chainsaw experience
• Valid driver’s license or CDL

Additional Opportunities
Applicants with chainsaw experience, CDL licenses, or equipment operation experience may qualify for higher pay and additional responsibilities.

Important: This job starts early. Crew meets around 7:00 AM sharp.

First and foremost our hearts and prayers go out to the families whom lost loved ones today in the severe weather and tornados that ripped through Edwardsberg Three Rivers and Union City.

To our friends and family living in Three Rivers Kayla and I are with you and are deploying our crews into the heart of the hotzone tomorrow morning. If you or anyone you know needs assistance we have a 24 hr emergency line to take calls as well will be available on call all day as we will be on South Ho**er avenue where we have been called out to first.
