What a stressful day !!!
Finally, we are reframing instead of demolishing. We carefully elevated the load-bearing walls, a task that posed significant risks and hazards. The majority of our day focused on elevating walls that had settled more than 5 inches and supported the front side of the house. We have one more wall leading into the kitchen that has settled 5-6 inches, after which the process should proceed more quickly.
