Recently completed rough in for Casablanca Weddings + Events at Midway Arts in Coatesville including a Bradford White Water Heaters electric water heater and a carbon filter with all new copper water piping and pvc drain to a new kitchen sink & dishwasher setup.

What brand faucet you buy for your bathroom or kitchen matters! The off brands on Amazon have a great price tag and they look good but, there’s a reason for the cheap price tag! Third party testing revealed the higher than allowed concentration levels of contaminants such as lead, various carcinogens, carbazole, NDEA, DEHP, NDMA, TCP (yes, I had to look these up too😂!)

When it comes time to purchase your next faucet, be sure to consider more than just price! Make sure to purchase a faucet that is safe to consume from. A good faucet will have third party certifications from
The NSF (National Sanitation Foundation and/or IAPMO (The International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials). On top of the safety concerns, a good brand name faucet will come with a great warranty, usually lifetime to the original owner on all parts.

Recent job where we ran a gas line to a new grill the customer purchased after they got their patio redone. If you’re tired of having to refill propane tanks for your grill, connect your grill to your homes gas supply and never have to refill a tank again!

We rearranged this bathroom layout to add a shower, moved the toilet rough in to face a new direction, and moved the vanity. Waiting for concrete patch and will rough in water lines.

Spent some time this week in Orlando at the AHR Expo learning about and previewing the plumbing, heating, and cooling industries newest technologies!
A lot of these changes and new technologies on the plumbing side, specifically water heaters are in preparation for NAECA 4 standards going into effect in 2029 (it’ll be here before you know it!). Electric tank water heaters over 35 gallons will be required to be heat pump water heaters. On the gas side, atmospheric vented water heaters between 20 and 55 gallons will be required to have flue dampers. These changes will make your water heater more efficient but, it will also make them more costly. Fortunately, many of these models will be eligible for tax credits and utility rebates.
