We’ve shown you the progress. Now it’s time for the finished product.

JP is back at our Guilford orangerie project, and this time Site Supervisor Dave Stevens is giving us a tour of the completed space, and sharing some of what it took to get here.

The goal was to create an addition that looked and felt as though it had always belonged to this beautiful Guilford home. That meant getting every detail right.

Custom-fabricated glass lanterns. Radiant-heated marble floors. Intricate interior and exterior trim. Stonework completed in the middle of winter. And some pretty interesting logistics just getting materials and equipment onto the site.

The end result makes it all look easy. Dave can tell you otherwise.

Some rooms are meant to make a statement.

Wallpaper gives us permission to have a little fun, to introduce pattern, color and personality in places where you might not expect it. A powder room becomes memorable. A laundry room gets a little more interesting. A hardworking mudroom suddenly has an identity all its own.

And as these spaces show, bold doesn’t have to mean overwhelming. Paired with thoughtful cabinetry, natural materials, classic fixtures and the right finishes, a great pattern can feel both playful and beautifully considered.

Sometimes the rooms with the biggest personality are the smallest ones.

There’s no greater compliment than when a client invites you back for another project.

Last week, we shared the first-floor renovation of this beautiful Roland Park home. The homeowners loved the experience so much that they trusted us once again, this time to transform two second-floor bathrooms into spaces that are as beautiful as they are functional.
