Hinman's must be run by aliens from some other planet where courtesy, service, professionalism and just plain competence are provided to customers - from start to finish Michael and Chris were a pleasure to deal with. We had a new washer/dryer delivered early Saturday afternoon and we decided to do a load of wash right away. At the end of the dryer cycle the new "high tech" dryer indicated that our dryer duct was blocked pretty badly and recommended not using the dryer until the blockage was cleared. We immediately went on Angie's List and decided to contact Hinman's Dryer Vent Cleaning in Coconut Creek, Florida. I spoke with Michael Hinman at about 4pm and explained the problem, he agreed to have Chis come out on Sunday (Sunday!) morning to take care of the issue. Chis called me about 30 minutes later and we made arrangements for Sunday between 11:00 and 11:30, he said he would call about a half hour before arrival. True to his word, Chris called at about 10:50 Sunday morning and arrived about 20 minutes later. We talked about the problem, he got his equipment out and in about 40 minutes had the duct completely cleared out. Chris was very efficient and personable and a pleasure to deal with. Having lived in South Florida since 1973 it seems that scammers and uncaring business people have become more and more prevalent so finding a business like Hinman's and people like Michael and Chris is a real wonder. If you're having dryer duct/vent issues, contact Hinman's, you won't regret it. See you in a year guys..........

I called Hinmans Saturday and Mike called me right back. He was willing to come out over the weekend. I said let's wait till Monday. He came out Monday morning and looked at the problem with the the dryer vent....I had bought a new one and the vent didn't reach and needed an adapter. He sent Gregory out that day to clean my vent and pput the adapter on the vent . Both were courteous knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend. They know what they're doing. 10 stars from me!

Another Happy Client!

I've used Hinman's for my apartment which is in ground floor as there is water leak from dryer. Mike came on time and cleaned the vent which fixed the issue. When taking appointment itself, he explained that the duct could be leading to second floor attic and need access if this ground floor cleaning does not work. As he predicted the water leak appeared again and with his help identified which 2nd unit has the attic with duct. This is a complex task !! and Mike has explained patiently. He did come again on time as promised to clean the duct from 2nd floor attic also without charging again. I'm impressed by his professionalism and fairness. I highly recommend him.
