Not all jobs are rewarding. This one was not. The crawl space suffered from rotting beams and floor joints due to the omission of a v***r barrier. Also, there was inadequate space to work. As a result, I opened the floor and dug out 40 feet of crawl space to create adequate working conditions for repairs.

I had a customer want ask if they I could removed a wall. Upon inspection, I found many trusses that were failing and coming apart. Poor ventilation caused this. So I did a ridge vent, added a number of soffit vents, and repaired the trusses.
