Finished the week off with a chimney base facing repair for new clients. Broke away all the old facing. Tapconed wall mesh, for a secured and sturdy bond. Double coated with white fiber reinforced wall mix. Finished with a swirl fuzz finish.

This is the before and after still of the most recent project. The Do It All Brothers are still getting the work done. Our children can even do it all. Carl and I had talked about how we wanted the business to evolve into a family business. My oldest knows she's got big shoes to fill. But is honored to try for her uncle Carl. Our first job. Drywall a new client's kitchen. Repair section of the ceiling too. The client's response (amazing). 😁

This was the last home improvement Carl and I were working on. Framing of a bathroom for new clients. We always loved working with new client. To be part of their idea, and creating their vision. Sadly. At the time. The homeowners too, experienced the passing of one of the Do It All Brothers. Carl truly enjoyed being part of this project. And just like with every homeowner, he made these homeowners happy to have chosen the Do It All Brothers LLC.

I found some vids of the repaired rooms. New drywall in the dining area that was wallpaper and had a door that we closed in. And 2 of the 3 bedrooms that are old plaster walls. Repaired with joint compound.

Here are a few vids of earlier works Carl and I finished. The post is out of position from its previous aligned job. I'm just now sharing them for everyone to see the work we had done prior to that tragic day. This was a special one for us. And for our client. It's was as special feeling hearing the client tell us she cried with happiness. She loved the finished look of her idea and room.
