Niantic Deck is complete! Here we have a Trex Company transcend, Deck, utilizing rainier and island mist decking. We utilized. Color Guard Railing railing with black aluminum balusters, and a cocktail rail. The entire deck was wrapped in white PVC trim for a super clean look. Very happy with the final product and the customer will have a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy for years to come.

Stepping back and reflecting on 2025. It’s pretty amazing how far KM’s Construction LLC has come.
After stepping out on my own just under 5 years ago, to where we are now is not only a blessing, but a dream come true. To be able to provide the kind of service and product to my customers that I would expect from a contractor has been the pinnacle of our success. Quality, professionalism and transparency are the core values that we have built off of.

We put together 12’x20’ cedar gazebo for a wonderful three-peat customer! I love it when customers become friends!
Very impressed with this product! Had to build up the footings in the back a bit but got it nice and level! now moving indoors for the next few jobs! Staying out of this freezing 🥶 weather ! Please consider KM’s Construction LLC for your next project!

Final product! This massive 600+! Sqft deck is complete! We utilized TimberTech advanced PVC decking in Brownstone and Kona to create a beautiful color contrast with a decorative inlay. We added Trex Company lighting to both our stair risers and our Color Guard Railing Lincoln black aluminum railings to add some brightness at night. We wrapped everything in white PVC board for a super clean and sleek look! MTC Hardscapes LLC will be in next week to add a nice landing to our beautiful 45* returning stairs and to also add a sidewalk from the garage to the front set of stairs. We couldn’t be happier with how this beautiful outdoor living space turned out and are happy that our customer can enjoy this space for years to come!
