Removed half the wall between the kitchen and living room. Popcorn ceiling texture was removed in the kitchen living room and hallway. A carrying beam was installed across the opening where the wall was removed. Curly Maple was installed across the half wall and a new maple mantle was added over the fireplace to tie it all together. Then all new white trim was installed. The homeowner did their own painting and had the floors sanded down and refinished. Came out beautiful.

New hand made maple staircase. All milled from rough lumber on location in shelburn. Lumber was from the northeast kingdom. If you look closely you can see maple tap holes in the lumber. Can't get any more Vermont than that!

Three years in the making and our own deck is finally finished. Time flies when you're indecisive and making material decisions along the way. It came out beautiful w Wolf Serenity decking, Muzata cable railings and stainless steel posts and top rail. Roll out screens offer privacy.
