A little AI inspiration can go a long way. I've been looking for a better way to display my work at the store, so I decided to ask AI for a concept and then turn that idea into reality.
What started as a simple rendering became this custom double-sided display built in my shop. Not only does it hold significantly more inventory than my old setup, but the display shelves themselves are also available for purchase.
To make the display as flexible as possible, I designed a quick-adjust shelf system and fabricated the brackets from aluminum bar stock. The shelves can be rearranged in seconds to accommodate different sizes, styles, and inventory. The end result is a display that showcases a wider variety of handcrafted shelves while making better use of the space available in the store. Now I need to get back to making product to better fill those shelves!
