Hello everyone! 👋

First and foremost, a happy belated Memorial Day! We were busy filling your wonderful orders yesterday and couldn't quite get a post up in time. 🇺🇸❤️

To say this season has been chaotic would be an understatement! We were a bit late getting our second greenhouse up, which threw a wrench into our usual timeline. Usually by this time of year, we have a bunch of stuff growing that I love to share with you all. 🌱

But here is the exciting news:

The New Greenhouse: This space will be used mainly to protect our rare chilis, tomatoes, and pumpkins from the hail so we can save their seeds for the shop! 🌶️🍅

Pumpkins: They have officially been started! I’ll post updates the second they hit the ground. 🎃

We truly can't thank you enough for your incredible support this season. We hope you’re having a blast growing your seeds! We always love seeing your gardening journeys—thank you to everyone who has shared photos of your pumpkins, displays, and sweet family harvest moments. Keep them coming! 📸👇

The rare and elusive Shishigatni is back in stock! the Shishigatani is a stunning heirloom squash dating back to the Edo period. Named after the Shishigatani area of Kyoto, this "Kyoto Vegetable" (Kyo-yasai) is famous for its unique, ribbed gourd-like shape and its transition from a deep green to a warm, tan-orange as it matures. Unlike your standard watery squash, the Shishigatani features a fine-grained, silky flesh with a delicate, nutty flavor that doesn't fall apart when simmered.
