Little remodel I got to do. The bathroom needed an upgrade so put the new shower in, drywall, toilet and fixtures.

Out with the old, getting ready for the new! They were very generous with the glue on that surround, made for a fun day.

Got some subfloor down to prep for the plank flooring. Getting some tile down here as well

Just getting the floor laid out. Took an extra few minutes to match the marbling best it would.

Fire damage demo. Going to subsequently redo the entire thing. Excited to get this moving and wrapped up.

Simple threshold replacement. 2x6 underneath was toast so I went ahead and pulled that too. Would've like to done the whole door and jamb but this was all that was wanted.

Finally wrapping this up 😭
Went ahead and changed the valve out toake it a little more modern, floor was tedious but rewarding. I also have a decent amount of 4x12 subway tile if anyone is interested in getting a small backsplash done.

Just a few projects I've been working on lately.

Got this floor leveled after a a tedious amount of adjustments. Subfloor going in today, and will frame up a new entrance. Old houses can be challenging but rewarding.
