Right now we have 1 negative review on Yelp that was left almost a year ago. The customer also left a negative review on Facebook, which I was able to respond to. I am unable to respond to their review on Yelp and it takes, I believe, 8-10 positive reviews to counter a negative review. So, please, please help us out! We love our business and we love our customer base. We could really use your help today!
