It has been a very busy last week! I had 1 listing live at only $450k with a 4.5% VA Assumable loan on it! 😮

2 closings, my listing and a buyer that is PCSing back here to Fort Carson. I love helping my fellow Army members, especially the ones I was active duty with like this one.

And 1 UNDER CONTRACT 🎉 for an Army Veteran that was finally able to get approved for a mortgage and move on from renting.

UNDER CONTRACT!! 🥳

Congratulations to my buyers!

This active Army Warrant officer reached out to me as a referral from an old client and he wanted a VA assumable home. He didn't see any that they liked on the MLS so I found him a house not on the MLS that a friend was going to list. We went and saw it and they immediately loved it! Put in an offer and got under contract before it even went on the market. He's going to get a 2.25% interest rate only putting $37k down because why not save these interest rates somehow!

Congratulations to these clients for going UNDER CONTRACT on their next home in Fruita, CO! 🥳

This veteran found me because they saw that I knew VA loans very well and was a veteran myself. I am so glad to be able to be a part of the journey of moving from Denver to the western slope.

It has been a very interesting day!

I drove to Grand Junction this morning to show 7 houses because my clients wanted a realtor that knows the and didn't want a different realtor.
I got done and played a round of disc golf then wrote an offer for one of them and sent it out.

Started to drive home and got a call from a buyer PCSing to Fort Carson from Hawaii so now I have a buyer consultation on Monday with a new client wanting to use his VA loan to buy a multi-family home. 🙌

Then I just got done playing another round in New Castle and now on my way home. It has been a great day! 😁

I am super excited for my sellers to finally get under contract on this house they have had for a while and it has gone through so much. The next owners are going to love this home and be able to really make it their own!

UNDER CONTRACT!! 🥳

My Active duty Army clients are PCSing here to Colorado Springs from Florida. We had to do video call showings for a few weeks but found this home that is a short sale so they will have instant equity when we close and $13k in concessions to cover closing costs and rate buy down. I am super excited for my clients and friends from when I was active duty.
