Great review from Tom... "I hate my HotSprings spa. The reliability is horrible. And Hanson Spa support was so poor that I went looking for someone else. Turnbull was the only spa repair company that responded. They responded quickly. Everyone is friendly. They know a lot about spas of all brands. Their prices are reasonable, but maybe I should’ve held back that comment until I get the bill from yesterday’s repair. :-). Regardless, I wholeheartedly recommend them."
