Customer here had a P trap where someone somehow welded a stainless steel p trap to a copper drain pipe. It lasted a long time but eventually gave out and started leaking, we was able to cut the pipe back and reconnect with a mechanical coupling to a brand new tubular P trap. Customer had a leak on a 3” Santee copper drain pipe that was resting on a cement edg, this caused the pipe to start leaking out the bottom, we was able to to cut out the copper and replace it with pvc, we attached back to the system with mechanical coupling. Customer here was having some problem with this Sloan valve, it would constantly run and would only flush if you pushed up. We was able to remove the old one and replace it with a brand new Zurn Sloan valve. Customer shower drain was broken and not centered, this happened because the drain pipe was put in very stressed, the stress of it just gave in and moved the pipe to where it wants to stand. We was able to adjust the pipe and center it again to attach a brand new show drain back into to system.

Customer here had a rubber fl**ge that sat below the floor, because of how low the fl**ge was the toilet was not able to create a good a seal causing the water to leak through the floor. We replaced the fl**ge with a Pvc fl**ge and bolted a plastic spacer on top to rise it above the floor, we put down a wax ring, set the toilet back and was able to solve the problem.
