Just to let everyone know who cares. Im probably going to have surgery again and might be done for the year. In the upcoming days I will post. Those who have been reaching out to schedule im holding off adding more because I dont have an official date yet. Ill kbkw more this week. Thanks for the support.

Also if I do have surgery again. Im not opposed to selling my trailer thats self contained kitchen. Great for coffee, ice cream, or food truck. If interested reach out. Ill be out of commission for 6-8 months.

Testing a new mix for pizza dough. We are gonna try and introduce pizza in the up coming weeks. The first picture is right out of the mixer, second is 3 hours later, the last is 21 hours in fermentation. Tomorrow will be about 36 hours and I will let rest and make balls. Pics to come
