It’s official! The Fort Lupton Readiness Center expansion, including 5,800 sf of new readiness center space *AND* a brand new 5,200 sf fleet maintenance and training building is open for business! Our team delivered design and construction administration for the new spaces as well as secure and public parking. Congratulations team on a job well done!

The HB&A-Schreifer Group Joint Venture Team walked away with, not one, but TWO merit awards at last week’s FPD annual conference in Washington, DC! Congratulations team for an “Outstanding Technical Plan” for the Transportation Management Plan for Dover Air Force Base and an “Outstanding Federal Planning Program” for their Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Master Planning Program (Installation Development Plan, District Plans, and Transportation Management Plan)!

We are thrilled to announce that last week HB&A planner, Tara Pence was appointed as an Alternate Board Member for the Colorado Springs Downtown Review Board. As an alternate board member, she will help other board members review downtown development applications using the Downtown Colorado Springs Form-Based Code regulating plan while also learning the ins and outs of being on a formal board. She is excited for the opportunity to utilize her skills as a Community Planner to give back to Downtown Colorado Springs. Congratulations Tara!
