Bailey Land Solutions, LLC is seeking a Equipment Operator. $18-$24/hr
Work will predominately be in Colorado Springs. Work will include:
Stormwater Management/Grade Work
Drainage Improvements
Vehicle tracking control and concrete washout area installations.
Rough and fine grading.
Pond maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Must understand grade, drainage and gravity flow.
Must read survey/grade stakes.
Ideally well versed in performing excavation activities using heavy equipment – excavator, skid steer, loader, backhoe, dozer, etc.
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on tools and equipment
Ability to work independently as needed
Work in a safe and responsible manner and be in compliance with all Company, State, Federal policies and standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience operating
Reliable Transportation
High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
Highly reliable and self-motivated
Mush have strong communication skills & safety driven
OSHA/MSHA certification is preferred
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
Have a valid driver’s License and good driving record
CDL is preferred
Able to lift heavy parts associated with this type of work.
Lift 60lbs and greater
