***HUGE Tranformation Alert!!***

I’m to impatient to not post this! 😂 not quite 100% complete, but close. Staining posts and repairing stucco is all that’s left.

Took on this Southwest style front patio wall. It felt like walking into a dark cave. The homeowner could not even enjoy the space.

We demoed the top half of the wall and added stone caps. This created a nice ledge for plants, drinks, and decor. Then we reframed with new 6x6 posts to match existing beams. Not to mention that the entire top portion of the arch was rotted out, compromising the structural integrity of the roof.

All in all, opened up this space significantly, making it more functional, safer, and more enjoyable!

Will update with final result, when completed!

Old, brittle slate to nice new stone caps! Cleaned, then sealed the new caps and stone as well. Looking much better!
