🚨 WE’RE ALMOST THERE! 🚨

This ADU basement is looking completely different than it did when we started! 🔨🏠

The big pieces are coming together:
✨ Tile work — DONE
✨ Trim work — DONE
✨ Painting — DONE

Now we’re down to the final details — electrical & plumbing trim-out, punch work, and then this space is ready for its final reveal! 👀🔥

We’ve put a lot of work into this one, and the transformation is going to be worth the wait.

🔥 CUSTOM HOME PROGRESS! 🏡

This one is really starting to come together!

Most of the tile work is DONE ✅
Majority of the LVP is in the mother-in-law suite ✅

Still to come:
🔨 Master shower surround
🔨 Remaining floor tile
🔨 Hardwood flooring
🔨 Cabinets — as soon as they arrive! 🤞

We’ll be back in the next couple weeks to keep pushing this project toward the finish line.

This Tunnel to Towers project is officially in the home stretch! 🔨

✅ Permits closed out
✅ Major work complete
🔨 Just a few punch-list items left
🧹 Final cleaning coming up

After months of hard work, we’re just putting the finishing touches on this project before the final walkthrough and reveal.

We’re proud to have been part of a project that gives back to those who have given so much. 🇺🇸❤️

We’re making some serious progress on this basement! 🔨

Rough-ins are DONE. Framing is DONE. ✅

Now we’re getting ready for the next big step — DRYWALL!

This basement is being transformed into:
🏠 2 bedrooms
🚿 1 bathroom
🎬 Family room
🍻 Dry bar

The vision is starting to come together, and we can’t wait to show you how it all turns out!

🚧 This ADU Basement Is Coming Together! 🏠

We’ve hit another major milestone on this basement finish! 💪

✅ Drywall is DONE
✅ LVP flooring is IN
➡️ Now it’s time for the finish work!

We’re moving into the fun part as we bring everything together with tile work, trim carpentry, painting, electrical trim-out, and plumbing trim-out.

This space is really starting to look like a finished home—and we can’t wait to show you the transformation as we get closer to the final reveal! 🔨🔥

Last night was all about family, friends, clients, and community! 🤠🐎

We had the privilege of hosting a customer appreciation night at the Pioneer Rodeo, and it was an absolute blast!

We invited some of the amazing clients, friends, and families who have supported us along the way to enjoy a night at the rodeo together. Great food, snacks, plenty of laughs, and most importantly, time to just hang out and enjoy the evening.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who trusts us with their homes and continues to support our family-owned business. You’re the reason we get to do what we love!

🔥 CUSTOM HOME | TILE WORK IS UNDERWAY! 🔥

We’ve officially kicked off the tile work on this custom home, and things are starting to really come together!

The master bathroom is going to be a showstopper with:
🚿 Zero-entry shower
🔥 Heated tile floor
🛁 Freestanding standalone tub
✨ Custom tile throughout

We’re also installing tile floors and shower surrounds in the other bathrooms to bring the whole home together with a clean, cohesive finish.

And we’re not stopping at tile! 👊 We’ll also be handling the carpentry and flooring work throughout the home.

This is going to be a fun one to watch come together. Follow along over the next few months as we take this custom home from construction to finished product!

Then comes the moment we’ve all been waiting for… DRYWALL! 👀

That’s when this space is REALLY going to start looking like a finished basement.

🔥 From outdated to a true statement piece!

This fireplace remodel completely transformed the look and feel of the room. We updated the old setup with real stone veneer, a larger custom-built statement mantel, and a new hearth to bring everything together.

The result? A timeless, warm, and substantial focal point that completely changes the space. 👌🔥

We love how a well-designed fireplace can take an entire room to the next level!
