🔨 New Project Kickoff with Tunnel to Towers! 🇺🇸

We’re excited to begin another meaningful project for a Tunnel to Towers client. This remodel is all about improving accessibility, independence, and quality of life.

Our scope of work includes:

✅ Full bathroom remodel for ADA compliance
✅ New exterior deck access with an ADA-compliant automatic-opening door
✅ Laundry room remodel to create a more functional and accessible space
✅ Installation of a whole-house generator — something we proudly provide on all Tunnel to Towers projects

🔨 Project Update: LVP Flooring & Custom Mudroom Build! 🏡

We kicked off another exciting home improvement project this week! Our team has started installing beautiful new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring along with a custom mudroom area designed to add both style and functionality to the home.

The new mudroom will provide a dedicated space for coats, shoes, bags, and everyday essentials, helping keep the home organized while creating a welcoming entryway. Combined with the durability and modern look of LVP flooring, this space is being transformed into something both practical and beautiful.

🌿 Greenhouse Project Update! 🌿

We’re getting close to the finish line on this custom four-season greenhouse!

The exterior siding is now completely finished, with only paint and some final stone grouting remaining. The stonework is looking fantastic and really gives this greenhouse a unique, high-end appearance.

Inside, we’ve completed all of the custom cedar planter boxes, built floating shelves for additional growing and storage space, and installed a custom center hanging trellis to maximize vertical growing potential.

We’ve also finished the plumbing installation, including a sink, multiple faucets, and an automatic misting system to help keep plants thriving year-round.

The remaining interior work includes some stain and landing details, along with accent lighting for the deck area to bring everything together.

This greenhouse has been designed to be both beautiful and functional, creating the perfect space for year-round gardening and relaxation. We can’t wait to share the finished project with everyone!

Another structural repair project completed and built to last. 💪🏽🏠

This home needed additional support in several key areas, so we installed new support posts, reinforced existing posts, sistered damaged floor joists, and repaired a failing beam pocket to restore the structural integrity of the home.

Another big step forward on this custom greenhouse build! We got the nighttime lighting installed and it’s really bringing the whole space to life. The lighting not only adds a great look after dark, but will also help create a functional and enjoyable space day or night.

This project continues to come together with custom planter boxes, tile work, electrical, wood trim, and more. Excited to keep pushing toward the final vision on this one.

Big things happening on this basement finish project! 🔨🏡

We are transforming this space into a fully legal ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) — a rentable apartment designed the right way from the start. This custom lower-level build will include 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, laundry area, and comfortable living room setup to create a complete independent living space.

ADU projects require a completely different level of planning, permitting, and code compliance than a standard basement finish. From egress requirements and electrical to plumbing, insulation, ventilation, and safety standards — every detail matters when creating a legal rental space.

Progress is coming together on this custom greenhouse build! 🌿

This week we wrapped up the interior electrical, finished and sealed the tile work, completed the custom wood trim, and started building the custom planter boxes. Every detail is starting to bring this space to life and turn it into a one-of-a-kind year-round growing space.

The mix of natural wood, stone, tile, and custom craftsmanship is really making this greenhouse stand out. Still more to come, but we’re excited to see it all coming together!
