🚨Which one of y’all did this?! We walked with the owner today. This house was painted in 2023. The paint is literally falling off 🚨

🏔️ Colorado Springs needs better tradespeople to step up in business and build a company. Folks who pull this kind of crap deserve to sleep with wet pillows forever. This family paid good money for this project. The paint failed in less than three years due to being a cheap product and basically no preparation beforehand 🏔️

☀️ The sun is really cooking this season! Colorado Springs gets more UV than most cities due to the elevation. This really affects the longevity of the paint on our homes☀️

🦺 One of the first substrates to fail is metal. Like, garage doors, front doors, alternate entryways, doors on outbuildings, etc. Metal warms to higher temps than wood and masonry causing paint to fail faster 🦺

🦺 Water damage is never fun to deal with! Remember to check the water lines to your refrigerator for leaks or this may happen to you. This is what the damage looks like 🦺

🫶🏼 Thankfully it was completely fixable. We were able to remove the damage, patch the holes, texture the new Sheetrock and paint it over to match 🫶🏼
