We now offer gas fireplace annual service. We partnered with the Rocky MTN Hearth, Patio, and BBQ Assn for expertise. We are also working with the National Fireplace Institute to make sure our team is safe and accredited to serve our gas fireplace customers well. We are very appreciative for the PRIVILEGE to serve our customers in Monument and our Northern COS neighborhoods! Over the past week+ we:
* trimmed a new door to fit the old opening,
* fixed and flushed a clogged gutter,
* applied wire mesh to roof solar panels,
* installed TV mounts,
* replaced a garbage disposal and ceiling fan x 2,
* shoveled snow at 15 homes,
* took an old mattress to Peak Disposal,
* installed a mailbox,
* fixed a running toilet
* replaced a bathroom fan
* and found a new home for unwanted furniture.

We also clean carpets, repair carpets, let your dogs out when you head out for a ski weekend or vacation, and quite a bit more. Thank you!

We will be offering residential trash service this Tuesday, Wednesday, CHRISTMAS day (after 10am), Friday, and Saturday.

I'm thankful that I got to work with six "deer" friends this week - collecting 700 pounds of dry leaves and building leaf burritos in our trailer. Don't sit on those leaves all winter - we can get them handled for you.
