Today we received an inspection report on the gas work performed at the home of Wayne Whisenant performed by an inspector at the LLR. The report was clear. Wayne Whisenant is one of those characters that wants to know-it-all and doesn’t. He also wants to hire contractors and then continue to squeeze out extra work while holding back money he already owes. He is a liar and a thief and found he could not afford the project he had gotten himself immersed in so he could appear the big shot he is not. As is typical of our work, we did in fact pass code and inspection on everything WE did. This appliance adapter leak was Mr. Wayne’s cute doings, as not appliances (other than the stellar job on the AO Smith tankless water heater, which also passed inspection with perfection. Good try Mr. Whisenant. Our work speaks for itself. For 23 years, there is not a blemish on our work record and you will not be the first to start. You have to remember in this life that the truth always prevails. I suggest you try it sometime. You might find it refreshing.
And as an afterthought, I’d like to state that I generally consider this type of banter childish and unprofessional. On the other hand, my father would be ashamed of me for not speaking my mind. He would also be ashamed of me for not placing a lien on Mr. Waynes home for the unpaid balance on his account. So being true to the principal of the matter, that is precisely what I will be doing. Placing a mechanics lien on the Whisenant home.
