One thing is for sure—if you buy a house from Family Built, it’s not going to be something we just slapped some paint on and hoped nobody noticed the problems.

We take these homes back far enough to actually fix what needs fixing.

Plumbing.
Electrical.
Framing.
Sheetrock.
Trim.
Finish work.

We want the stuff behind the walls to be just as solid as the stuff you can see when it’s finished.

Anybody can make a house look good for pictures.

We want to make sure it’s built right.
