Our 4th annual family photo session was a smashing success!!

I love this tradition so much. 🥰
I love to see the way our team changes, grows, and evolves each year.
And watching these Like a Dove kiddos grow up 🥹 it’s heart warming and a little hard all at the same time.

LaCrystal and I use a LOT of ChatGPT for organization, logistics, and honestly just surviving the chaos 😅Because let’s be real… it makes our lives way easier.

We were playing around with the sketch prompt tonight and could NOT stop laughing at hers 🤣

I swear this hit the nail on the HEAD.Every time I call her with a “Heyyyyy… do you think we can squeeze in one more job somewhere?” this is probably exactly how she feels internally while somehow still staying calm, cool, and collected on the outside 😂

This is exactly why I love her though.
I tell everyone she’s the yin to my yang ⚖️

This company would not be half of what it is without her behind the scenes managing my chaos, crazy ideas, and constant “what if we did THIS?” moments 🫶😘

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to one of our absolute favorites!!! 🎉

Our little Bay-bay is officially a legal adult 🥹
We can NOT believe it… but also so ready to watch her step into her leadership era.

Bailey has been showing up for this team since she was just 15 (!!), always jumping in wherever she’s needed. This past school year, we built a strong enough evening and weekend schedule that she doesn’t even need a second job
That says everything about her consistency and work ethic 🔥

She’s the sweetest soul with the biggest heart ❤️ and she genuinely loves what she does. Every job matters to her, and I can send her anywhere knowing our clients are going to be taken care of no matter what.

I see posts like this far too often—

“Help! My cleaner cancelled last minute…”

And truly, I understand both sides.

I started as a solo cleaner, and I know how quickly life can shift.
Sick kids, unexpected moments, things outside of our control DO happen.
Smaller businesses are often carrying so much, and I have a deep respect for that.

But I also know that when you’re preparing for something important like a holiday gathering in your home, a baby shower, birthday party, listing photos, a move…those moments don’t pause.
