LG Support USA has been NO Support!! It’s been 6 days and we’re still waiting on a response and repair this unit. The service technician they sent is now MIA. He hasn’t answered any of our calls and according to the BBB this contact information is no longer valid. WTH?! LG is Fraudulent when it comes to costumer service and repairing their products. Yes it’s still under full warranty.
