Backyard wildlife - Melbourne, Florida

Pic 1 Mealy Bugs - completely destroyed my tomato plants this year. I tried soap, neem oil, and other essential oil based sprays but nothing worked. Blasting off with a water hose is what I resorted to but they are back the next day

Pic 2 Weevil Beetle - tough little guys, had to crush them with pliers. They didn't too too much damage but didn't want to wait for them to multiply.

Pic 3 - Brown Anole Lizard, our garden guardians, good camouflage but they need a bigger appetite

Pic 4 - Inchworms and a crab spider. The inchworns (little back things) are Moth larvae, they will cause significant damage if not taken care of. You can spray but it most effective to wipe the off. Crab spider is there to eat the inchworms but need a bigger stomach

Husky Red Cherry tomatoes🍅! That ripe one is twice the size of a typical cherry tomato and they are soooo good. She drinks a lot (about a gallon a day) and a pretty heavy feeder.

Bush Goliath - vigorous growth, big yielder, beefsteak 🍅

Cherokee Purple - the 🐐! Best tasting tomato everrr (arguably but don't argue with me), a little harder to grow, slower to ripen

Husky Red Cherry - compact size, very sweet, big yielder

We got a Sun Gold that's not pictured, updates coming soon
