I have a passion for doing any and all types of remodeling. I was introduced to this business when I was ten years old by my father and have loved doing this work ever since. I even have a degree from USC in psychology and still choose my true passion of construction. I am very knowledgable in most if not all fields of the construction world. Sweet looking master bathroom we finished up a while ago. As always, no before pictures. However, got a few during and of course the final product. This project includes heated floors, floating custom made walnut vanity, and central humidity controlled system. Humidity controlled system was one of the first ones we’ve done. Countertops were provided by Walton Countertops of Sumter (they service all areas), plumbing fixtures provided by Gateway Supply of Lexington and shower glass was provided and installed by Deft Glass! I hope everyone enjoys the pictures and look for some more in the near future!

What’s getting heated up… here’s a taste! Should get this one knocked out in the next week or two so stay tuned.

One of our most recent projects! Of course no before pics 🙄. Linsey Hydrick with Palmetto Tile helped design and supply the needed tile materials. Kourtney Williams with Gateway Supply in Lexington helped with plumbing fixtures. Briggs Aycock with Walton Countertop supplied the countertop material and fabrication. The fellas and I supplied all of the rest!

Bathroom we did a while back. As usual, no before pics and I haven’t gotten a 100% finished one yet either.

Bathroom still needs wallpaper and a few touch ups. Will definitely update once I can get back over there for pictures.

In this bathroom we switched the places of the shower and vanity. We utilized as much of where the old vanity was to make the shower as big as possible.

Beautiful kitchen we finished up at the end of last year! I didn’t get a lot of good after pictures. There are some really neat features in this kitchen and definitely one of the most fun projects to have worked on. Homeowners were fantastic as usual 🙌!!!

Kitchen remodel we most recently finished up. The new laundry room will take place of the old kitchen and the new kitchen is moved to the front of the home. It takes the place of the breakfast area. We had Walton countertops provide the beautiful leathered Storm Shadow tops in the kitchen and the Honed Calacatta Torano. Daniel Davis with 1776 plumbing reroute all the plumbing and trimmed it out. Greg Martin refinished the floors after the wall removal and demo of the old kitchen.

A kitchen we finished quite a while back. I’m not the best at getting pictures posted of my jobs. This one turned out fantastic and the clients were awesome to work for. A lot of cool features in this one and big thanks to Walton countertops for the countertops. Everything else was done in house as just about everyone of our jobs.

Shower that we finished up recently. Shower had a mortar and rubber liner pan that failed due to improper installation. The hot water pipe leading up to the shower valve was also leaking. Someone previously shot a nail through it from the other side when installing the baseboard in a closet. Homeowners had no idea about the cause of the leak but knew it was leaking.
However I think we fixed them up pretty nicely with some Schluter waterproofing and some good looking tile!

Here’s a kitchen job that we recently finished up!!! Major transformation with lots of nice materials. I had a lot of fun with this one because the awesome homeowner was so easy to work with. There’s some neat little features in this one. There’s an appliance lift with walnut top, pull out trash cans, custom walnut hood, pull out soft close lazy Susan, under counter lighting and no outlets in the backsplash(much cleaner look😜)!!!

Here’s a project that I teamed up with the homeowners on. They had me do all new tile shower and floor on this one. They had the countertops, sinks and stone done themselves.
Shower got all new plumbing and new fixtures. Big 24”x48” tile on the walls and floor of the bathroom. Custom niche with teak shelves and a fold down teal bench.
