Barton Amenity Update 🚧

Progress is moving right along at Barton! Our crew is currently installing the storm drainage and roof drain systems that will help manage runoff, protect infrastructure, and keep the site functioning properly for years to come. Every pipe in the ground today is another step closer to completing the amenity area. Proud of the team’s hard work and attention to detail as we continue pushing this project forward. 💪🚜

Making steady progress in Murfreesboro at StorPlace 💪

Making progress where it counts 👷‍♂️

We’ve been busy on site installing storm drain, fine grading the parking lot, and getting everything prepped for asphalt and curb installation. Every step brings us closer to a finished product built to last.

Robinson Lake update 👷‍♂️💪

We’re gearing up for the second half of the dam construction at Robinson Lake. Crews are actively working to bring the elevation up, preparing for the keyway installation that will help lock in the structure and ensure long-term stability.

This phase is a big step forward in rebuilding the dam to modern safety standards and getting closer to the final vision for the lake and surrounding park.
