We spent the day at Missouri’s Capitol meeting with legislators and advocating for what matters most—the skilled trades, small businesses, and merit shop contractors who keep our communities running strong.

From workforce development and apprenticeship training to policies that support fair competition, we’re proud to be a voice for the hardworking men and women of our industry. These conversations matter—because the future of the trades depends on the decisions being made today.
