Canning Sloppy Joe's
Cooked up 4x more dinner than needed so that I could can it for future dinners.
PC 75 min Pints; 90 min Quarts
Use whatever recipe you love but the one I used is from the below website.

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground beef (OR turkey)
8 ounces tomato sauce
½ cup ketchup
1 to 4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Don’t Jab the knife in
Find the threading gap and slide the knife in that section, twist slightly to break the seal.

If you want to pound the jar in the counter or bang on the bottom then do that.
