These are my favorite cool season plants: Parsley, Dill, Cilantro, Carrots, Leaf Celery, and Scallions. Albeit merely supporting actors these aromatics will take a humble dish such as a vegan soup, a simple salad or a meat stew to the next level. Lovingly grown in organic soil they provide robust, intricate, invaluable flavors and nutrients that store bought items of the kind can't get close to.
