🎙 My First Podcast Episode is Live! 🎙

The very first episode of the Seniors Home Zone podcast is here. This journey would not have been possible without Katherine Ambrose and the amazing Senior Home Coaches™ whose encouragement and insight made all the difference. Katherine’s ideas and coaching opened a door to work that is deeply rewarding and meaningful.

About 1.5 years ago, a career as a REALTOR® expanded into a role centered on what is best for seniors. Today the focus is on helping older adults age in place safely. This includes guidance with decluttering as a Certified Chronic Disorganization Specialist. It also includes assistance as a loan originator in using a home’s line of credit to remain where it is most comfortable. Certification as a Universal Design Inspector is in progress. Work as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® with Keller Williams Preferred continues, helping with downsizing or relocation to a senior community when that is the best option. As a speaker, I share practical strategies for aging in place, decluttering, and navigating life’s transitions.

The Senior Home Coach™ method provides knowledge in all areas related to serving seniors at a higher level. ✨ Week in Review: Connections, Collaboration & Fun! ✨
🐾 What a fantastic week! I kicked things off with Bailey the Beagle 🐶 visiting three wonderful communities: The Blake at Woodcreek Farms, Brookdale Columbia, and Holiday Columbia Pines
🤟 Then it was time for ASL at Elite Adult Daycare, followed by a lively 🎷 Roaring 20s Party at The Harmony Collection. I wrapped it all up with a cozy ☕ National Hot Chocolate Day celebration at Merrill Gardens.
🙌 This amazing group of senior care professionals brings something unique to the table, balancing collaboration and fun while continually striving to better serve seniors. Grateful to be part of such a dedicated community!
