We worked with DDRC to get approval to uncover and restore the original garage bays of an old detached garage, circa 1920. Custom sapele carriage doors.

Historic University Hill district of Columbia. Circa 1901. This project involves the removal of a non-contributing addition to the original 1901 structure, replacing with a new master suite, kitchen, family room and laundry that is more contextually sensitive.

Renovation of early Nineteen-teens home in the Old Shandon overlay. The project scope included kitchen, master bath, and sunroom renovations. We also restored the front porch to it's original configuration with a door-to-window conversion; the house was converted to multi-family at some point and a second door was added to the front, and now that it's single family that didn't make sense anymore.

Master bath/closet addition with large covered outdoor living area. This project location falls in the Historic Melrose Heights Overlay so the addition is following the DDRC guidelines for Historic Context.
