We’re expanding and looking to add a Certified Home Inspector to the RHI crew.

This role is best suited for a motivated self-starter who can manage their own day, communicate confidently with clients and agents, and take pride in performing a thorough inspection.

Preferred qualifications:
• ICA Graduate
• ASHI Certification
• National Home Inspector License (NHIE) preferred
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working independently and using inspection software

Compensation:
• $50,000 – $100,000+ annual earning potential
• Hourly pay + bonus per inspection

Closed and keys in hand 🔑

This one was special. Out of town parents trusting me to help find the right home for their daughter while she’s in school, from miles away. That takes a lot of faith, clear communication, and teamwork, and I don’t take that lightly.
