Most homeowners don’t notice it right away.
But give it a little time… and the whole ceiling starts failing.

So we stripped it down, prepped it properly, and sprayed two coats of Sherwin-Williams Latitude.

Today it’s peeling paint.
Tomorrow it’s replacing boards🙁

Peeling isn’t just about how it looks.
When paint starts lifting, the wood underneath is exposed.

And once wood is exposed, it absorbs moisture. It swells. It cracks.
