Making technique practice a little more fun! 🐟💦 This swimmer is working on backstroke drills while holding onto their fish—keeping those arms moving, body position strong, and eyes on the sky! 🏊‍♀️✨

Coach guides this little swimmer to the wall, where they practice climbing out of the pool independently. ❤️ Learning how to find the wall and get out on their own is an important water safety skill—and every little bit of practice builds confidence! 🏊‍♀️✨

In our Parent & Tot class, Dad helps his little swimmer submerge to retrieve a ring from the bottom of the pool. This fun skill helps develop depth perception, underwater confidence, and comfort with going beneath the surface. 🏊‍♀️✨

It’s a perfect day to work on backstroke kicks, while holding a strong streamline and building power with every kick. 🏊‍♀️✨
Strong technique, steady progress, and a whole lot of fun in the water! 👏

This is where strong kicks begin! 🦶💦 Before swimmers kick independently, we start with the basics—practicing those kicks with Coach and getting comfortable with the movement. 🏊‍♂️💙

What if the pool was also a classroom? 👀

Swimming helps children build confidence, coordination and problem-solving skills that carry into everyday life. Research shows children ages 3–5 who swim regularly may be ahead in math skills.

The benefits of swimming go far beyond the water. 💙

Real-life water situations aren't always predictable.

During our annual Water Safety Week, swimmers have the opportunity to practice skills while wearing everyday clothes, helping them experience how movement changes in the water while building confidence and coordination.

It's just one of the many ways Aqua-Tots prepares kids for real-life water safety.

Every year, the Global Leadership Summit reminds us that leadership is about more than growing professionally. It's about growing personally so we can better serve the people who count on us.

This week, Aqua-Tots Headquarters and our partner teams are honored to attend two days of leadership development. Together, we're being challenged to think differently, lead with greater intention, and return to our teams with fresh perspectives.

Thank you to the Global Leadership Network and to One Life Church for opening your doors and creating a space where leaders can learn, connect, and grow together!

At Aqua-Tots, we believe in celebrating milestones! 🎉 Upon graduating a level, each child earns a certificate and gets to ring the bell in the center of the school as a way to commemorate their achievements.

Thanks for sharing this precious moment with us !❤️
