I am taking pre-orders for brown stew fish (whole snapper) for this coming Saturday.
Served with rice and peas and your choice of steamed cabbage or mashed potatoes. Or, if you do not want the rice, let me know.
Pickup at the Midland Community Farmers Market .
The last time I had quite a few customers coming to order on the day of. I only brought 4 non-orders.

After scrolling YouTube, I found a recipe I could try!!! Grapenut ice-cream has come to my home!!!!!! With a nice slice of spiced rum bake that I baked. Oh lord!!!! 🇯🇲 🇯🇲

Prepped some sweet peppers for the freezer that I bought on sale. They were sliced, diced and chopped to accommodate varied meals, and yes, to add with saltfish fritters too 😉 😋 😋

I will not be at the farmers market tomorrow but I will be there next weekend. I will be cooking mid-week next week and I will post on Sunday which day as I will be taking pre-orders.
