🚨Molto Bello HELPS Client meet Grove City Deadline for Exterior Facelift Requirement!🚨

🛑The Grove City “Code Compliance Division” went through several neighborhoods, focusing on homes constructed 30+ years ago, going around the property’s exteriors, flagging homeowners for things like:

*Missing Siding
*Peeling Paint (On Siding or Trim)
*Tall/Overgrown Grass / Lawn Maintenance
*Uneven Sidewalk/Driveway Concrete
*Trees growing around power lines
*Etc

🛑The homeowner (Mike M) was given a deadline of September 12th, 2026 to have his “homes exterior checklist” completed or FACE fears of FINES $ / Further Consequences. However, was referred to Molto Bello by a friend so after explaining the “expedited need”, Molto Bello got a crew out there ASAP to ensure the client made the deadline!

🛑As you can see below, all of his needs/wants were addressed but more importantly it was done so WITHIN the DEADLINE given by the city! Anytime you can help a client, DO IT!
