We created a brand-new bathroom for the homeowners as part of the dormer addition project. Before the tile, fixtures, and finishes could go in, we took the time to properly prepare the floor, install self-leveling underlayment, and prepare the shower for tile installation.

We showed you the outside, now here's a look at what was created inside.

By adding a dormer, this homeowner gained a brand-new living space that feels open, bright, and comfortable.

At the top of the stairs is a beautiful new bathroom, and just beyond that is a spacious bedroom with more headroom, more natural light, and a view of the backyard.

One of our favorite things about projects like this is seeing a space that wasn't being fully used become a place the homeowner can enjoy every day.

That was the challenge with this space. The sloped ceilings limited the usable area, the room felt closed in, and it wasn't living up to its full potential.

Not every contractor will take this on!

Most undermount sinks are usually installed with stone or quartz countertops, not wood. That’s because creating this look with wood takes extra planning, custom fabrication, and precise finishing to make it work properly. In fact, a lot of contractors avoid this type of installation altogether.

But the homeowners really wanted the warmth and character of wood countertops while still having the clean look of an undermount sink, so we went the extra step to bring both together exactly the way they envisioned it.

Every surface was custom sanded and hand finished smooth, creating a countertop that not only looks beautiful, but feels crafted in every detail.
