Not every contractor will take this on!

Most undermount sinks are usually installed with stone or quartz countertops, not wood. That’s because creating this look with wood takes extra planning, custom fabrication, and precise finishing to make it work properly. In fact, a lot of contractors avoid this type of installation altogether.

But the homeowners really wanted the warmth and character of wood countertops while still having the clean look of an undermount sink, so we went the extra step to bring both together exactly the way they envisioned it.

Every surface was custom sanded and hand finished smooth, creating a countertop that not only looks beautiful, but feels crafted in every detail.

It was a small detail, but it bothered the homeowner every single day.

The window was not centered, and it made the whole bathroom feel off. Once you notice something like that, you cannot unsee it.

But this is what really matters.

On day one, we open up the walls and check everything, because what’s behind the walls will either make your remodel last… or fail. In this project, we found unsafe electrical and old cast iron plumbing that was already cracked and coming apart.

These are the kinds of problems you won’t see unless you actually look for them. And unfortunately, some contractors skip this part and just build over it.

We don’t.

Not all bathroom remodels start pretty… and this one definitely didn’t. Another satisfied homeowner who can finally enjoy their bathroom again.

When we first walked in, the layout felt off. The toilet placement made the space tight, the window wasn’t centered and it really bothered the homeowner, and things were even worse behind the walls. Unsafe electrical. Old cast iron plumbing that was already failing. It was one of those projects where you don’t just “update”, you rebuild it the right way.

Most people see the lighting…
but don’t realize how much thought goes into it.

In this kitchen, we didn’t just add LED lights.
We planned the placement, spacing, and alignment so everything feels clean and balanced across the entire wall.

We also installed a dedicated LED switch that converts 120 volts down to low voltage (12V/24V) directly. That means no bulky transformer, cleaner wiring, and a more streamlined installation.

Because of that, we’re able to keep everything aligned, from the outlets to the switches, creating a more symmetrical and intentional layout.

And then we added toe kick lighting. It’s a simple detail, but it adds depth, improves visibility at night, and completely changes how the kitchen feels after dark.

The homeowner loved it so much, she keeps it on every night.
