My first successful attempt at growing eggplants! I’ve had plants, plants with flowers and no vegetables, plants eaten by insects, dried up plants… and now appearing for the first time: fully grown eggplants! We had one for dinner last weekend. It was great to grow and eat our own. The seventh floor garden continues to press on despite traveling for work. Still throwing strikes and gutters up here. More to come!
